What’s in the packs

Please check here for availability and next Harvest Date. Once available please order here. When packing we’ll confirm weights and get the packs ready for pick-up or delivery.  Carcus weights can vary however we aim to get this accurate for each and every order.

All our beef packs contain Porterhouse Steak, Rump Steak, Scotch Fillet, Eye Fillet, Oyster Blade Steak, Blade Roast, Osso-Bucco, Silverside Roast, Topside Roast, Brisket (Whole-Rolled).  They come as a variety of Steaks, Roasts, Schnitzel, Sliced or Diced and Fine Mince.

• Note, we are no longer doing sausages, you’ll just get extra mince

All of our lamb packs contain Leg, Short Loin, Loin Cutlets, Forequarter, Shank and Lamb Flaps, select Lamb for more details.
